Austria: Biomethane Register Austria won the 2nd zero-emission biomethane race
Austrian Biogas Association (ARGE Kompost und Biogas) hosted the race on 14 September.
The race, under the slogan “We stay on track!” was held on the premises of the biogas plant EVM Margarethen am Moos (NÖ). The aim of the event was to show the possibilities and wide range of biomethane as fuel. The main advantage is the significant reduction of emissions, such as CO2 and NOx and the fine dust pollution compared to diesel.
