Belgium: Biogas-E presents its Summer School

EBA Member Biogas-E is organising a Summer School co-hosted with the EBA Conference.

Biogas-E vzw is the platform for anaerobic digestion in Flanders, founded in 2004 with the aim of achieving maximum utilisation of the biogas potential in the region. This year, the association is debuting a Summer School that will run from the 26 until 30 September.

In this 5-day event, participants will have the chance of joining a one-of-a-kind formation starting with a plenary session on the state of biogas in Europe, continued by a program running parallel to the EBA Conference. Thus, participants will enjoy access to the Conference, joining sessions on topics that range from biomethane production to sustainable raw materials, digestate and the Circular economy. All of these will be followed by social activities and networking opportunities. On the last days of the formation, the program foresees a full-day visit to three local anaerobic digestion plants as well as a wrap-up session.

The Summer School provisional program can be accessed here. Interested participants can register here and enjoy a reduced early bird participation fee until 1 July.
