CAC&SAC meetings coming up in Ghent
EBA’s Companies Advisory Council and Scientific Advisory Council will meet again before the start of the EBA Conference.
The Company Advisory Council (CAC) is an industry platform dedicated to the European biogas industry, which provides an opportunity to companies to reflect their own views to European policy makers and to strengthen EBA’s voice in a concerted way. This year, the Council has introduced the creation of working groups related to hot topics identified by the EBA Members, such as the use of biomethane in transport or the public image of biogas in Europe.
On the other hand, the Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) is a network of researchers, scientists and university teachers dedicated to the promotion of the biogas and biomethane sector by means of scientific evidence. The SAC has among its objectives to provide scientific evidence to EBA position papers and public communication, to advise on programme of EBA workshops and conference and to support EBA Board in evaluation of project proposals.
All EBA Associated Members are welcomed and encouraged to join us at the Council that better fits their needs, so we can work together for better biogas, biomethane and gasification sectors in Europe.
The meetings will take place at the EBA Conference in Ghent on:
CAC meeting: 27th of September 9:00 – 11:00
SAC meeting: 27th of September 11:00 – 12:15
