EBA’s position paper on digestate within the Nitrates directive
EBA continues its communication with the European Commission and closely follows the developments of essential legislation concerning biogas industry. A position paper that addresses the Nitrates directive was published strongly backed up by findings and comments from EBA’s Scientific Advisory Council
EBA has added its 3 key messages to the position paper on the directive that would provide adequate legal certainty for digestate producers, farmers as well as for national legislators.
