Italy: Entire economic and production system can benefit from biomethane
According to the President of the Youth Section of AIEE (the Italian Association of Energy Economists), the entire economic and production system of Italy will benefit from biomethane.
Besides the agricultural production chain and the waste processing chain, Italy will in fact gain the most benefit, as it is estimated that biomethane can potentially meet 13% of the country’s energy demand.
