Three courses of action that should be promoted for a sustainable disposal of waste

Dominic Hogg, founder of the UK-based Eunomia consultancy, speaks to the Biogas Channel about regulations on waste reduction and the EU Circular Economy Package.

 

According to Mr Hogg there are three fundamental courses of action for obtaining a sustainable management of waste that should be incentivized at a political and regulatory level: encourage people to produce less food waste; ensure there is no further possible use before removing it; proceed with disposing of it in the biogas plant.
