Charlotte Otten

Charlotte Otten is a Senior Communications Officer at EBA, where she leads the development and implementation of strategic communications to support advocacy and stakeholder engagement. She oversees content, digital campaigns, media relations, and the promotion of events and EU-funded projects. Prior to joining EBA, she worked in communications, marketing, and event management for European organisations in the climate and renewable energy sectors. Charlotte holds a Master’s in European Studies from KU Leuven and an MBA from Solvay Brussels School.
