Coen Meijers

Coen Meijers has worked for 26 years in the sustainability sector and is devoted to the mitigation of climate change. He has built his career in the water and gas sector, in different commercial positions for General Electric, DMT Environmental Technology and Bright Renewables. At DMT, he worked on the first commercial scale membrane biogas upgrading plant in Europe, operational lease of biomethane plants and the largest bio-LNG facility in The Netherlands. In his current role as Manager Sales at Bright Renewables, he focuses on the rapid role-out of biomethane and carbon capture plants necessary for providing Europe with its own green gas and bio-CO2. In the last 6 years Coen has been serving as a member of the Company Advisory Board and the Executive Board for the EBA.
