Biomethane in Europe: a recap
Arthur Wellinger of EBA offers an overview of the biomethane situation in Europe and focuses on the heavy transport sector, where biomethane can play an important role – especially in the field of maritime transport by ferry. More than 500 plants with a capacity of 250,000 m3 per hour, and an annual production of 1.5 billion m3 of biomethane.
