    Michael is Board Member of the EBA since 2019 and he chairs the Company Advisory Council of the association. Michael is founder and CEO of TerraX, where he works in the development of new technologies in the field of the anaerobic digestion to produce biogas/biomethane and gasification to produce hydrogen. As by-products of these processes, he is able to produce a green fertilizer as digestate and premium green biochar.

    Prior to this, he was CEO of BTS Biogas, an international leading company in biogas plant engineering and construction. As agriculturalist, graduated at the BOKU (University of Natural Resources and Life Science) in Vienna, he has devoted over 20 years of his life to the world of biogas. He was also cofounder of the Klimaenergy fiery in Bozen, the Consorzio Italiano Biogas (CIB) and finally the European Biogas Association (EBA).

    Michael studied agricultural economics in Vienna – BOKU. His proudest AD accomplishment is the development of an AD plant in his home village in 2000. His driving force: protecting our planet and preserve nature for our future generations.

    Gregory is the founder of Rika Biotech and has been involved in large scale renewable energy projects for over 15 years, having developed multiple biogas projects across the UK and Europe. Prior to that, he secured $100 million in funding, was the founding partner of companies that owned 82,000ha of farms in Ukraine. Gregory was a Consultant for the UN Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine and a member of the team conducting biogas studies for the UNDP in Serbia.

    He is as member of the EBA Board since 2022.

    Coen Meijers has worked for 22 years in the sustainability sector and is devoted to the mitigation of climate change. He has built his career in the water and gas sector, in different commercial positions for General Electric and DMT Environmental Technology. As Sales Manager for DMT, he worked on the first commercial scale membrane biogas upgrading plant in Europe, the operational lease of upgrading plants and the expansion of the biogas sector into new markets. In his current role as Manager Business Development, he focuses on the implementation of new technologies for biogas valorisation, such as liquefied biogas (LBG or bio-LNG), capture of CO2 and asset management services. In the last 2 years Coen has been serving as a member of the Company Advisory Board and the Executive Board for the EBA.

    Tatiana Demeusy is an engineer and business economist. Since 2008 she held various positions within EnBW AG. For several years she worked as a project manager for renewable energy at Erdgas Südwest GmbH, a subsidiary of EnBW and planed several biogas upgrading plants. From 2016 to 2019, she set up and managed the biogas expertise centre after Erdgas Südwest took over the biomethane trader bmp greengas. Since 2019 she is a Senior Manager for Renewable Gases at the gas value chain division of EnBW AG. She develops business models along the value chain of green gases, represents the company in technical committees and expert groups of various associations and develops positions relating to biogas/biomethane, Bio-LNG and hydrogen. Her current focus, in addition to supporting the Fit-for-55-packages, is on renewable gas verification, sustainability and GHG requirements, and taxonomy requirements.

    Pierre Pauliac is currently Senior Vice President Treatment Infrastructure at Suez. He is an international manager in the environmental sector, with a strong background in engineering and economics.
    He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1997, and from ENSAE and Sorbonne University in statistics and macroeconomy in 1999.

    After completing his studies, he began his career in the submarine construction. In 2010, he moved to Dubai to become Suez’s CEO for the Middle East region. Since 2019, he is the Director of Treatment Infrastructures for Suez in Paris.

    Dr Alister Inglesby, founder and CEO of Green Create, is qualified in Chemical Engineering & Biotechnology (PhD, Cambridge 2013), Bioprocess Engineering (MSc, UCT 2010), and boasts a decade of hands on experience in the biogas industry. From technical the aspects of developing small scale digesters to developing industrial projects from scratch, to managing and negotiating with commercial stakeholders, to running a multinational market leading company. Along with a passion for the industry, Dr Inglesby also has a sincere love for people, family, and sports.
