Finland: Second edition of the Vaasa Gas Exchange
Vaasa Gas Exchange will see its second edition during the EnergyWeek.
Vaasa Gas Exchange (VGE) is organised by the Vaasa Energy Institute (VEI) in partnership with Gasum, Merinova, Stormossen, VASEK, Wärtsilä and the Åbo Akademi University, and is part of the Vaasa EnergyWeek event. The first edition of the event, in 2016, gathered almost 40 exhibitors and this year more than 50 are expected to participate. Almost 3,000 energy experts from Finland and Europe were welcomed in 2016.
VGE will be held on 23 March 2017, during the sixth edition of the EnergyWeek (20-24 March 2017). It is an international networking event, focusing on gases including natural gas and biogas (LNG & LBG) for power generation, transport and shipping aimed for energy experts. VGE is held in the growing regional gas cluster that has several active companies and actors working together with innovative projects such as a new energy laboratory and gas fueling stations.
VGE will be a great opportunity for enterprises to meet other actors, driving forces and potential partners form Finland as well as form the other parts of the world. The event includes a free open seminar and a networking evening on 22 March.
