France: Increasing the land productivity by following nature’s model

Secondary corps used to improve production volume without polluting

A new idea, developed in France, copies a nature’s example and applies it to farming. Konrad Schreiber, Project Manager at the Institut de l’Agriculture Durable explained the simple process of feeding the soil by using secondary crops which will increase the soil productivity and eventually bring better production. This is a future, sustainable type of agriculture that is able to grow more raw materials for human and animal nourishment but for the biogas production as well.
