Sweden: Joint efforts from Swedish Gas Association, Region Skåne and Swedegas to boost biogas production
The unique collaboration between the Swedish Gas Association, Region Skåne and Swedegas aims at developing the national biogas market at a faster pace. The goal of the project is to establish a nationwide approach that contributes to increased biogas production and reduced GHG emissions in the transportation and industrial sectors. Along these lines, Region Skåne has adopted a roadmap to reach 3 TWh of biogas production in 2020.
