Walloon government approves draft order on biogas
On 13 February 2014, an important step was made in the legislative drafting process for setting out regional conditions on biogas plants in Wallonia. In the second reading the government approved the text, which sets important measures for the future development of the biogas sector in Wallonia.
The text has been passed to the State Council for approval. The latter has 30 days to decide.
